BOOKING & PREVIEW

  • A signed agreement and 20% deposit secures your wedding date and your artist team. We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak Colorado wedding season.

  • We understand that booking well in advance can mean details evolve over time. If you’re unsure about your final numbers, we recommend scheduling a consultation call with Theresa. She’ll review your potential service count and guide you in reserving the appropriate minimum so the correct number of artists is secured for your day.

    We accommodate service adjustments up to 30 days prior to your wedding date, based on availability. Final services and timelines are confirmed in advance to ensure a seamless, well-orchestrated experience.

  • Yes. Gratuity is included in our pricing so your experience feels seamless and thoughtfully handled from beginning to end. There is no need to prepare additional tips on your wedding day unless you feel personally called to do so.

  • Yes. We provide on-location bridal hair and makeup throughout Colorado and beyond. Travel fees vary based on distance from Longmont, Colorado. We also have our own studio The BG Loft that you may choose to get ready in and save on an travel fee.

  • Yes. You may schedule a bridal preview prior to booking to ensure we’re the perfect fit. If you move forward, the preview fee becomes your first payment.

    Please note that wedding dates and artists are only secured with a signed agreement and 20% retainer. A preview does not reserve your date, so we recommend finalizing your booking soon after your appointment to ensure availability.

  • We strongly recommend a bridal preview appointment. This is where we thoughtfully design your signature look, refine every detail, test products, and ensure you feel completely confident stepping into your wedding day.

    We understand that not every bride is able to attend an in-person preview. When needed, we can arrange a video consultation with your artist, and your artist is always available for detailed email communication to thoughtfully align on your vision in advance.

  • Yes. Your lead artist is secured exclusively for your wedding day to ensure continuity and consistency in your look.

    They are also added to your online portal so they can stay aligned with any updates to your timeline or services and remain accessible for thoughtful communication leading up to your celebration.

WEDDING DAY EXPERIENCE

  • We do have a 4 service minimum per artist. Assistants are available to help the flow of the morning and keep artists on track. This depends on your party size, timeline, and desired pace for the morning. We structure your team to ensure a smooth, calm, luxurious experience without feeling rushed.

  • Bridal services typically require 60–90 minutes per service and include our signature Sculpt & Soothe facial and hand treatment to prepare the skin and create a calm foundation for your look.

    Bridesmaids and additional guests generally require 30–45 minutes per service. Your wedding morning timeline is thoughtfully customized to ensure a relaxed, seamless flow from start to finish.

  • Yes, our current luxury proposals include three hours of dedicated Beauty Attendant coverage, as outlined in your agreement. Your Beauty Attendant remains by your side through photos, weather shifts, emotional moments, and look transitions. It’s a level of support our planners and photographers truly value.

    If your original proposal does not include Beauty Attendant coverage, it can absolutely be added based on availability. Additional hours may also be requested to extend coverage as desired.
